CBT CONSULTATIONS was established over 20 years ago and is an accredited provider of efficacious Remote Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
The service is based in South Cheshire, and offers confidential, evidence-based remote psychotherapy for individuals aged 18 years and over. Therapy sessions are conducted on an individual basis via a secure digital video platform.
CBT Consultations is managed by Tina L. Chipman, who originally qualified as a Registered General Nurse, and later went on to also qualify as a Registered Mental Health Nurse. In 1999 she trained to become a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and was awarded an MSc in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in 2001. She has held Accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies [BABCP] since 2000.
In addition to her clinical work, Tina has taught at the University of Bangor, North Wales and the University of Chester, Cheshire, and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education. She also provides clinical, competency based supervision, for qualified and trainee therapists following her receiving a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision.
Referrals are accepted on a self-referral basis, directly from Personal Injury Solicitors or via third party organisations; such as Personal Injury Management Services, Private Health Insurance Companies or Employee Assistance Programme providers.
Weekend appointments are available between 10am and 3.30pm, on both a Saturday and Sunday.
